Hello. I know it's been a really really long time since I last updated. Seems like I've been typing this sentence everytime I bother updating this dormant blog of mine. Hahaha. Can't help it lah. Really too lazy to update when the school term is on. Now that the holidays are here (in fact I've been holidaying for 2weeks already), I promise I'll update a bit more often ok? Haha.

Have been coughing, sneezing and my throat hurts for the past week. So I shall sleep early tonight. Will update more tmr maybe..

New year, new beginning.

My new year resolution: CAP score of 4.9. HAHAHA!

Alright I didn't do too badly for my exams. But I suppose it could have been better. A little more effort would have helped. I promise I'll put in that little more effort in the coming semester.

Anyway, I have a 4-day week time table currently. But this excludes my 5th module which I will have to bid next Tuesday but I still have no freaking idea what to bid for. Shall discuss with Odin on Saturday during sleepover at Kahkee's place. Hahaha. Hopefully the 5th module will be easy.

Sigh I really hope Smurf will be able to change his time table. Everyone thought after swapping class in the first semester means that you'll be in that class for the next 2years. Who knows.. Damn system la. Argh. Really hope Aik will allow all those who swapped classes to change their time tables. Please please please.

School's gonna start in a week's time. Slightly more than a week. But I have yet to meet up with so many people! Darling, Shits, Titus and Debbie (think they're gonna kill me haha), JC classmates, Sports Camp OG... Ok I know it's my fault for not turning up when the Sports Camp peeps went for countdown at Sentosa. Sorry!! But I had some other program already la.. Hee.. I promise I'll turn up for the next one. Haha.

I can't wait for Saturday!! So exciting. Miss U Cafe for Jing's birthday, then Pasir Ris Park for OG games planned by Elmo and sleepover at Kahkee's! WHOOWHEE!!

HELLO WORLD!

I've been missing from the Blogosphere for almost 4months. So long that my friends have given up hope on my blog and stoppedI'm so sorry but hectic University life does not allow me to blog as often as I used to during my carefree slacking days. Or at least I did not bother updating. Hoho.

Anyway, a hell lot of things happened over the past 4months. Really.

Lectures, tutorials, projects. They never end. But in the mean time, I found joy and laughter among my OG mates, classmates, the loved one, friends, and family. And so I managed to pull through the semester and was so glad exams are over now although it won't be long before this cycle starts again. And in a few hours' time, I'll be getting my results. Gosh. I hope I won't do too badly. It's really Boxing Day man. Results=present. Worst present ever if my results fall out of my expectations (in a negative way). Haha.

Anyway, after all the waiting, I finally got a room at PGP. I'm so glad cos time table next semester sucks. Really, it's worse than the last semester.

And I'm one and a half months into a relationship with Smurf. Hmm. Happiness is all I can say. =D

Christmas's over and I had like 4parties! So happening. Hahaha. The first one was with Odin at Terry's house on Thursday, then with the class at Joyce's function room on Friday, then with Casmud at Bev's house on Sunday and finally at Char's house last night for sleepover plus Mahjong. Whee. I love this year's Christmas. And the presents are waiting for me under the Christmas tree. Hohoho.

The 2nd week is coming to an end...

It's the second week of the semester already. Gosh but I'm still kinda stuck in the honeymoon mood. Shit, this is bad. Somebody help me! I know I should start mugging already, or at least read my textbook after every lecture.. I'm really trying very hard to do that already! But the textbooks are really boring man. I will take hours or even days to finish reading one chapter. =( I dunno why but I'm already feeling busy! (that explains why I haven't been updating this poor blog) I can't imagine what it's gonna be like when tutorials start next week. Yikes. And I think my brain is really rusty after idling for 8months. Boo Hoo.

Ok I've given up hope on hall already. So now I'm applying for PGP for my hostel waiting list. I really hope I'll get it! Then it'll just mark the end of my 3-hour travelling time and I'll be a happy girl =D PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE gimme PGP! Sigh if only Alicia told me earlier that she might be able to pull me in, I would have put Sheares as my first choice! But on the other hand, the keyword is MIGHT and Sheares might just pull my CAP score down to a bottomless pit. So maybe PGP is a better choice!

Alright it's 1am and I have not finished my theory homework and there's piano tmr! I shall update over the weekend about the exciting (or maybe not so exciting) things that I've done.

School is starting! =(

Now that O-week is over (it's quite boring actually), school is gonna start officially! Gosh this marks the end of my 8-month long holiday=( I'll miss going out and slacking and my TV!

Bidding is scary, I tell you. Like stock market, you have to closely monitor the next minimum bid and number of bidders. Poor year 1s like us with only 350points in our General Account have to compete with spoil-market-seniors who use >1000 points to bid for some GEM, Breadth or SS Module. So we are only left with those really unpopular and shitty ones which eventually become very popular as well since all the year 1s will be bidding for them. It's a really tiring process.

I'm so glad NUS Bizad implemented the new system where we have 4 pre-allocated modules in both semesters in Year1 and all we need to do is to bid for another module. Gosh imagine bidding for all 5modules! I'll just faint or even die.

But but there's a downside to this system. Everything's pre-allocated so I have a bloody 5-day week time table!!!!!! And it's gonna be so troublesome to swap tutorials. 8am tutorial on Wed. Yucks. Let's not talk about it anymore.

MNO, Financial Accounting, Principles of Marketing, Operations Management and Intro to E-commerce. Hmm. Hectic life says hi.

But I'm quite thankful that Odin will be in the same class. =D

Sentosa, my second home

I've been going to Sentosa so often that I've decided to apply for the Islander Membership.

Whee. Give me a call if you're going to Sentosa, my friends!

I love Odin. We just had a Chalet at Costa Sands Sentosa. Whee ultimate frisbee rocks my socks! =D And I love crispy bbq-ed marshmallows. Yummy!! We really ate till we dropped, and probably drank till we dropped too. Oops! But sadly, I knocked out with Peijun and Sandra at 530am and went back to our little hut to sleep while the rest continued playing. Well the guys kept reminding us not to waste the huts so yup, there we were sleeping in the hut! Haha.

Hahaha. Orientation's gonna start really soon. Hope it's gonna be as fun as Bizad FOC. Matriculation will be on Wednesday and I'll be able to buy my laptop from school!! Ooh so exciting, but I dunno which brand to buy!! Suggestions? Oh and there'll be CCA fair. I'm so tempted to join Wakeboarding. Should I? I really wanted to go for Wake n Bake next Friday, but arghhhhhh there's Orientation!! So cool la, we'll get to try wakeboarding, jet ski and banana boating! Why did they have to arrange it on such a day!? =(

Gotta attend a friend's birthday BBQ now, and Shakers outing at the same time? Cool. See you!

So cool. Haha =D I'm overjoyed.

Anyway, half the class turned up ytd at the airport to send Fawn off to Switzerland. She looks so cute with her short hair. Hahaha. She's gonna study Psychology in French! So adventurous. Let's go skiing tgt some time ok?! Gosh I think I'll miss all the gay moments we had. All the best, my dear twin!

Woohoo.. Odin chalet next week at Sentosa. I'm excited!! Oh my, we frequent that island like it's our second home. Time for Islander card!!

I think the food at MOF is good! I love their Bento and desserts! Yummy!! Ash, we should eat there more often then we can earn points and redeem the kiddy Bento set!! And Sake? Haha.
