Hello

Gosh, I haven't updated for a really long time. Hahaha.

Anyway, Seetal, Fawn and I went to KL last Monday for a short stay. Our main purpose was to shop. Haha. But the whole trip was quite cool and fun although we didn't take a lot of photos. We were too lazy and tired from all the shopping everyday! Our NICE bus is like some aeroplane with a steward serving us food and drinks and the seat was super spacious! And our Melia Hotel is just opposite Berjaya Times Square, our favourite shopping mall! Hahaha we really shopped till we drop! Hoho there were lots of gaying around and crapping in the hotel room, coach, bus and LRT! Quite adventurous, we didn't rely totally on cab! I want to go again please! Ahh but dear Fawn is leaving for Switzerland in July already =(

Oh I'm done with Module 3 of my driving already, means final evaluation for circuit training is over. But AHHHH, I think my parking sucks today. Dammit! Oh well still got 6 more lessons to my test? I hope I'll improve.

I watched Pirates with Ash just now at Princess! My first ever movie experience at Princess!! Hahaha. The movie was alright la, but I didn't understand some parts, they seemed like they were mumbling so I couldn't hear them clearly and I didn't understand the chinese subtitles! And it's so long, just like Spidey.

Seeman just emailed me! Ahhh she'll be leaving HK for Canada soon. I will miss my Spongebob! Squid and I will find you some time soon!

OH OH OH I've finally made up my decision on which uni to go to. And that will be NUS BIZAD! Gosh I got really excited after the networking lunch and tea party last Saturday. So cool la, there was even a party at St James after the whole thing. I know this might be a knack to impress but I must say it was a success in impressing people, at least I was. And I even applied for hall, USP and signed up for camps already! Bizad FOC and NUS Sports Camp! Sounds really fun!

Well the SMU tea session on the previous Sunday bored Bev and I out totally. And the people and seniors were rather cold and unfriendly, unlike in NUS where I got to learn so much more about the school via the interactive session with the seniors at our tables for lunch. So I guess the choice was really clear for me.

Well on a heavier note, we were supposed to have Casmud outing this Friday. But oh well, they are always like that. This one cannot make it, that one last minute got something on. I'm sick and tired of organising already la. Seriously, I dun mind always being the organiser since all of you are working or serving the country, but this applies only when my efforts are not to avail but worth it. I didn't mind even for the first few times when our outings got cancelled due to someone being unable to make it. But it keeps happening. I'd rather save my efforts to do something more fruitful and meaningful than to SMS people who do not bother replying-not once or twice but countless times. I wonder if they do that to their other friends too. I'm not saying that this friendship is not worth my effort, but when everyone takes your effort for granted, then it's really not worth it, period. I'm not organising anymore, if they dun care about meeting up, then so be it. I'm fine with it, just tell me and I'm sure I'll at least reply no matter what the outcome is.

ZOOM

And another weekend is here once again. My goodness, how can one week pass so quickly? I hardly seem that I did anything. But actually, I think I did quite a lot over the pass week.

Time passes so quickly prolly because I wake up when the sun's in the middle of the sky everyday. Hmm no maybe slightly more to the east since there's still one more hour to 12noon. Maybe I should master the habit of getting up early instead of sleeping my entire refreshing morning away. That's what I'll tell myself every night before sleeping, but when the alarm clock rings at 9am, I'll press it and continue with my beauty sleep. AHH! I must kick that habit! =(

I went for driving on Monday and I learned parking! Whee I'm only left with parallel parking and reaction response training, then it'll be revision already! A number of instructors told me that my driving skills are innate and I should be able to pass my test on my first attempt, and the one on Monday said that I am very fast in learning cos it was only my 14th lesson out of 24 and I'm almost done! Hohoho I am so proud of myself =D I am a good driver! I just hope my lucky star would be shinning brightly on the 19th of July and that I won't be a kayu driver and let stupid people bully me on the roads.

Mok and Cindy made my night on Monday when I met them for dinner. Hahaha it was really funny seeing dear old Mok listening to our nonsense and asked the waiter if we could have the couch seats instead of the cold hard chairs that we were sitting on despite constantly saying no to our 'instigation'. She and her black lips, it was damn hilarious.

Ah I packed my wardrobe of clothes and display cabinet of toys until I had a really bad back ache, even the massage chair didn't help. I was packing till 2am on Wednesday night but I didn't really throw away any stuff, just much neater and cleaner and so I'm happier =) But the first thing I felt when I opened my eyes the next morning was the stinging pain in my lower back. I felt like some auntie waking up in the morning to realise that her rheumatism is acting up again. Argh and I had to pull myself out of bed cos I was supposed to meet Char for lunch at Marina Square! That gay has a really weird lunch time at 11am. I usually eat my breakfast at that time you know? Hahaha. KFC cheated us 2bucks cos they didn't have the Meltz buddy meal =( and we had to order 2separate chicken and Meltz meals instead. Boo HOO! Sorry for eating so slowly but I'm so not used to eating and talking to you in such a short period of time! And I prolly can't multi-task as well as you. HOHOHO! library@esplanade's a really cool place to read and do my theory homework while overlooking the Merlion park and Fullerton hotel. It just felt so good that I didn't want to leave for the gym at 4pm. The gym was rather empty ytd. I ran 3.2km!

The rest of the week was reading my Harry Potter and the travel books on Kenya. I wanna read JPOD too. When did I become a bookworm? I never really read a book in my entire JC life la. Haha. But it would be good if I can start reading faster. Sigh I hate it when there are a lot of descriptions cos it'd take me damn long to really know what I'm reading. My brain has a problem with registering and comprehending all those descriptions. Stupid brain=(

Casmud outing tmr, hopefully!

Happy Mother's Day!

Hoho it's Mother's day already! Happy Mommy's Day, Mommy =D

QQ and I collected the Gobi macarons we ordered last week just now. Ah so nice, pretty and yummy. Especially the pink one, called Sweet Somethings. Yum. Luckily the monsters didn't see them just now, if not they'll prolly be gone into their elastic stomachs. Oops I sound like a selfish kid.

Gobi!

Pretty macarons!

It was Daddy and Mommy's wedding anniversary on Wednesday and we had dinner at Marina Mandarin's Italian restaurant. Yummy, I like their cakes, soup, spaghetti and everything =D

The signature chocolate cake =D

Oh anyway, I met up with Dan on Thursday. She has officially joined me in the "Slack and Bum Around at Home" Club. Hohoho cos she's not working anymore. My dear friends, you all are welcome to join us in this club! Hahahha! The main purpose of our outing isn't really to shop, but rather sit and bum around (again?!) to chit chat. Hee. But nevertheless, we still did a bit of shopping at Far East after coffee at Starbucks and before heading home. Dan was late as usual and while I was waiting for her, she told me not to laugh at her gay friend later. Guess who's that?! It's the bright, fluorescent yellow Magic School Bus! She came in her magic school bus, which is supposed to FLY, and she was late! Oh my. After lunch at Crystal Jade, we met Jing and Lee! What a coincidencel. So we went Kinokuniya with them and we got stuck on Planet Earth. We felt like intellectual and smart kids, we are actually haha, reading that book. Okay, we were just flipping to look at the photos. But, still! And we saw Steph and Peimin at Far East after that. Yet another coincidence. Hohoho. We were almost drooling at the cakes and macarons at Paragon's Canelé Pâtisserie Chocolaterie before finding a seat at Starbucks opposite. Yay we shall go there some time soon for tea and dessert! =DDDDDD

The Story

Let me tell you a story.

It's the boring gory morning glory story.

The end.

Oh my so gay. Debbie, Titus and I came up with this stupid tongue twister while we were on our way back home just now. It was a really random day. We met so early without planning what to do before hand. And we were strolling really slowly before they finally decided that we should just have an early dinner (I told them I was hungry at first but they thought it was too early for dinner at 5plus?! They're mad.) at Cavana. It was just chicken rice.

Feeling aimless and bored of the scenery at Cavana (actually there's no scenery), we were just talking randomly about our Singapore Pools outing at Mind Cafe months ago when Deb realised it was Tuesday and YAY Ladies' Night at Mind Cafe!!!! -talk about gender discrimination. Hahaha. So off we went to the one at Boat Quay. Too bad Titus is not a girl if not we would really have played 3hours free of board games. I was really bad at the first game=( They trashed me like shit, I must have been a really bad trader. Haha! But the last one was fast and nice=D

Anyway talk about Spidey. It's not bad, but it wasn't as good as I'd expected. Expectations were all set too high, I guess, judging on the amount of media attraction this sequel is drawing right from the start, or rather months before it was even screened. There was even this stupid countdown machine to the 1st of May (which is the day it opens) at Cine. The show is just too draggy at the beginning but rushed at the ending. That should summarise all that I have to say about the negative side of the movie. Besides that, the effects were damn good.

I can't wait for Pirates, Shrek 3 and Harry Potter!!!! WHEE!

Excited

I'm excited about the macarons we ordered for Mommy.

I'm excited about the dinner on Wednesday.

I'm excited about watching Spiderman 3 tmr!

Wheeeee!!!!!!

But I'm not excited thinking about the choice I have to make soon =(

Anyway, before I fell sick, I met up with Casmud last Monday before Andy goes in again. Heehee it was fun playing PS 3 and Ash's PSP. Hohoho. And Stupid Andy stole my Crumpler and claimed that it was his! But being smartie pants, I managed to get it back from him.

Oh and I met Bev again on Wednesday for ba zhang and lunch with Mr Josef at Gladys' shop. Ah can't stand him, he's really good at crapping and making me laugh. I miss his picture-interesting Geography lectures =( Oh then we met up with Seetal and Fawn for dinner at Arab Street. So sad we couldn't find the nice nice cafes and ended up in this Lebanese restaurant. Ok la, this restaurant isn't that bad, it's quite nice except that it has no air-con and we were sweating from all the walking already. It has a very nice setting though, but the chairs and tables looked nice but felt uncomfortable. The food was alright overall considering it was my first attempt at mutton and I though it tasted quite alright in the kebab form. But but but, there was one dish that I felt like puking after eating. It's a dip, in which you're supposed to dip your bread and eat. Oh gosh, it tasted like CEMENT!!! After our meal, that dish still looked untouched. Yikes, to think that the waitress actually recommended us to eat cement?!?!

Stupid me was already having slight sore throat that morning and I was already complaining to Mommy. But after dinner that day, we went to Liang Seah Street for dessert and I had Mango Pomelo. How smart. Anyway, it isn't as nice as the Temple Street's. That is really yummy and...cheaper too =D

So, unfortunately, or should I say expectedly, I fell sick on Thursday and I couldn't go out =( I had fever in the afternoon and my whole body was aching. Serve me right. I'm still sneezing now, the running nose medicine is useless!

M.I.A.

I was missing for almost a week.

Because poor wini fell sick.

And is too drowsy to blog or even switch on the computer.

Even now, the running nose medicine is making her sleepy.

So she shall sleep soon and blog about her happy life as soon as she gets well =D
